[BUG] Ombi not loading

Current Behavior

Page does not load, white screen, logs show no issues.

Expected Behavior

Home page splash screen should load when accessing

Steps To Reproduce

Latest development build seems to have triggered this issue, not sure what went wrong.
Rolling back to [development-v4.55.2-ls448] seems to fix the issue for me

- How docker service was installed:

I believe this is an issue related to PUID/PGID not being properly set? Looking at the index.html in the container shows it as being owned by UID/GID 1001:1001. In my case, I have my env vars set to 1003:998 respectively.

Edit 1:

Rolling back to amd64-4.53.4 fixes it for me.

Edit 2:

I looks like PR 124 solves this, but the PR was merged on March 4, and the current :development image tag is from March 1. I think it's just a case of needing a new image to be build/pushed?
