Create new Editor role #5339

Hello,
The goal of this feature is to add a new role called "Editor". The permission of this roles will be between Editor and Executor.
This role will allow to create / modify / update probes and experiments without having permission to manage the project itself.
We require this roles for our usage as the setup of our agents is complex and so is linked to only 1 project. This new role will allow us to invite users to our project where they can perform Chaos as they want without having the possibility to invite new members or changing others project configuration.
