Implement aom_highbd_convolve most used functions

• aom_highbd_convolve8_horiz
• aom_highbd_convolve8_vert
• aom_highbd_convolve_copy
• make the test/convolve_test.cc pass
• Add the speed benchmark harness and report the results in the commit messages.
