v4: Dropdown box for location filter contains duplicate

Observed Behaviour

The dropdown feature for locations contains London twice.

Expected Behaviour

London should only appear in the drop down menu once as per previous versions.

Reproduction Steps

1. Run app
2. Navigate to http://127.0.0.1:5001/gigs
3. Click drop down box for location filters
4. OBSERVE

I'm not sure whether this has always been like this or a regression. Would be a P1, were we doing another version.
