Support for versions of same package from multiple feeds

Currently, when a package is found in a feed, versions of the package from other feeds are ignored.

This one is a bit complicated. When a first feed returns enough packages, other feeds are not even searched. PM doesn't know if there are same packages with higher versions or not.
