[REQUEST] Enforce strict PR titles, and autolabelling.

Would be nice and neat if we implemented things such as:

• feat for features, fix for fixes, revert for reverts, etc
• init for new plugins, release for new releases, etc.
  for this repo.

Then we can add an autolabeller as well, which then labels our PRs, and can autoassign too, theoretically 👀
