F12 “Go to Definition” make it work in comments #14194

It would be great to have F12 “Go to Definition” work when selecting a function name in a comment.
At the moment it just shows a "No definition found for ...." tooltip notification.
It is extremely handy when adding comments to code to have a link to another relevant function (or variable) in a comment to save looking it up manually.
"clang" extension (alternative to Microsoft C/C++ intellisense extension) already does this.
