Automate a sponsor-l mailing list

The supporter-l@lists.minnestar.org works great for community supporters. We need to replicate that approach for sponsors and create a sponsors-l@lists.minnestar.org. Jamie, can you make that happen using donor tools data?

Some thoughts:

• This is only sponsors, so to clarify corporate supporters should not be on this list. Yes? Should they be on another list?
• We will need to indicate the contribution types in Donor Tools that match to this.
• They should be removed from the list after 1 year from most recent donation?
• We will need to make sure the donor entries for them have proper email addresses.

I think it should be all corp sponsors (anything >$999).

I think contributions are already tagged.

Yes, if @juporter you want to draft that it would be great. Mailman will handle sending them as users get added or removed automatically.
