nextcloud/updater/updater.phar get an empty array as response for the update check:

Look like this is the cause why the update is not longer available:

I don't see any comment there that the update was held back for that reason. Is this information confirmed, or speculation?

The default update process has been broken for two days now, even though it's a security update:

we strongly recommend you to update to version 32.0.10 and 33.0.4 respectively. Maintenance updates include important bug fixes, stability and security upgrades. It is a quick and safe process, as always!

It's even pinned as a banner in the forum:

It is confirmed to be the reason why the update is being held, cf. nextcloud/notifications#3035 (comment) . We'll have to wait a little while longer (not too long I hope since the patch is available and tested), or apply the update and patch manually.
