glances fails to start with psutil 7.1.2+

Describe the bug
glances fails to launch:

psutil library not found. Glances cannot start.

To Reproduce
Run glances, see it fail.

Expected behavior
The executable should launch normally.

Environement (please complete the following information)

• Operating System (lsb_release -a or OS name/version): macOS 10.6.8
• Glances & psutil versions: glances 4.3.3, 4.4.1, psutil 7.1.2, 7.1.3 (earlier versions work)
• How do you install Glances (Pypi package, script, package manager, source): MacPorts

Hmm, looks like it is psutil upstream has broken something. On 10.15.7 glances 4.3.3/4.4.1 work fine even with psutil 7.1.3 (regardless of orjson vs ujson usage, I tried both), while on 10.6.8 psutil 7.1.2+ are not found by glances. Still weird. I will look into that; I do not want to peg psutil to 7.1.1, but do not want broken glances app either.

I have opened an issue with psutil upstream: giampaolo/psutil#2694
Regression was introduced by giampaolo/psutil@742c9b5 commit.
