Truncate & preview in modal ruff rules #751
Description
There is a lot of text for some of ruff's rules, in the components v2 implementation of /ruff rule. This should be fixed to not be so long for each rule, either defaulting to ephemeral replies or truncating the description at a much shorter place.
Perhaps this can use a modal to show the entire content when its deemed too long to send the full content in Discord.
