Windows application showed wrong certificate message

Just got onto my pc and the windows app was up asking me if I wanted to trust a certificate that wasn't valid.

It was for .....asuscomm.com which is not at all what I use though I do have an asus router.
I am using npm with let's encrypt DNS challenge.

May not necessarily be an opencloud thing but any idea what this means or how this happens?

I assume your router tried to redirect you to a capture portal, like in a hotel Wi-Fi.
In that case, the router might use a self-signed certificate, the desktop app detected that the certificate was not trusted and asked you whether you would like to accept it anyhow.
Not accepting it was the right choice.
We display that dialogue to be able to support small instances that are not using a service like let's encrypt and thus rely on self-signed certificates.
