Anonymous post created by staff user while editing his/her post - A reason for post-editing should not be asked.

How to reproduce:

• Create a new anonymous post with staff user.
• Click on ths edit button on the anonymous post

This issue is related to frontend-app-discussions and should be created over there.

Here's the technical reason behind this issue:
When a post is anonymous, author property has value null and the function responsible for checking if the reason should be printed doesn't consider this case and the check post?.author !== authenticatedUser.username is failed (as post.author is null). We have verified the behaviour of anonymous posts with redwood (using legacy cs_comments_service) and it is exactly the same behaviour that is currently in ulmo sandbox. In an anonymous post, the author is set to null so we cannot know if it's admin's own post or a learner's post.
We can close this issue now.
