Describe the bug

In Discover, with the new experience enabled, DQL autocomplete stops working after switching the query language to PPL/SQL and back.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://playground.opensearch.org/app/discover
2. Select PPL as the query language
3. Go back to DQL as the query language
4. Click in the search box
5. Down arrow to highlight a field and press tab to complete
6. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

Autocomplete should continue to work.
