You could do this with an automation with a listen for a sentence spoken. I have this same scenario with my house front lights. They automatically go off after 15 minutes. The amount of time would be a variable. |

@wildwestminer Do you have any code? I tried to create an automation, but I need to create an intent script that does two things: turn on the device, and then set a timer to turn it off. The problem is that I can only add one single action. That's is a limitation of the intent script itself that doesn't accept an array, just a map for action. |

Describe the feature
I would like that voice assistant to understand something like "turn on <device> for <period of time>".
Example commands
"Turn on AC for 2 hours"
"turn on AC during 2 hours"
Use cases
I like to turn on the AC when I'm going to sleep, but to avoid costs keeping turn on all night, I do something like "turn on AC for 2/3 hours" on Google Assistant.
Anything else?
The idea is processing this locally, like the usual "turn on" command is, but adding "for/during" and a period of time to create a timer to do the inverse process, turn off, after the mentioned time period.
