Describe the enhancement

Add support for Layout configuration for the Grid card.

For whatever reason, it is still not supported via the UI, despite other cards like the 'horizontal/vertical stack cards' having support from early.

Use cases

Being able set card sizes (coloums/rows) using the Grid card.
