2026 TI Planning: Quarterly Reports

Hi all- another follow up from the 11/11 TAC meeting.
It was discussed that there are some administrative challenges in tracking the rate and amount of spending on TIs individually. To remedy this, it was proposed that we add a requirement to TIs quarterly update where they outline what they have spent and their plans to spend down the rest. Opening this up for discussion.

What kind of spending is this about? Is it for the TIs that got a funding request granted?

Yes- this would apply to any TIs who were granted TI funding from the TAC.

I submitted PR #579 as a proposal to address this, consistently with what we discussed on the last TAC call.
I think TAC members can simply review the PR, there is no need for a vote here.
