swap: remove multiple packages and install multiple packages in one transaction

This existed in dnf4 with dnf shell and also exists in rpm-ostree. It would be cool to do this with dnf5. If it's already possible, adding documentation on how to do it would be helpful.

It's useful when replacing preinstalled ffmpeg with the RPMFusion one. In that case one needs to remove all of libav*-free and ffmpeg-free while installing ffmpeg-libs. I know you can use --allowerasing, but that doesn't autoremove and is less explicit.

I think it works but I'm not really sure why. I don't know how the RPM boolean dependencies thing works when swapping.

I noticed that they aren't allowed when removing but are when swapping.

That is interesting, I did not realize that.
It works because the swap command accepts provides as arguments (not all commands do).

I have looked a bit into how it works and for the remove part of the arguments it currently doesn't matter if you specify and or or between the provides because it doesn't handle rich (boolean) dependencies. However for the second install argument it is taken into account.
