Compound Glyph for Cyrillic Ю (U+042E) Causes Problems in GIS Systems #831

Description

@pechezerov

The symbol U+042E (capital Cyrillic character Ю) in the Inter font is currently implemented as a compound glyph. This design causes issues when the character is used in GIS (Geographic Information System) applications. According to OGC 05-126, section 6.1.13.a:

"A MULTIPOLYGON is valid if elements do not overlap (i.e. their interiors must not intersect)."

When the vector geometry of this glyph is processed in some GIS systems, its composite structure results in display issues due to overlapping outlines or intersecting interiors, which violates the OGC standard for valid multipolygons.

Сonverting the Ю (U+042E) glyph from a compound glyph to a simple glyph should resolve the geometry validity issues in GIS applications.
