Add glyph for U+20C1 – SAUDI RIYAL SIGN (⃁)

Summary

Please add support for the new Saudi Riyal currency symbol to Inter: U+20C1 SAUDI RIYAL SIGN (⃁).
Context: Inter is the primary UI font we use at FlyAkeed (@AkeedTravel) mobile apps. We are currently injecting the symbol as an image in the app; it would be much better to have native font support for consistent rendering, scaling, and accessibility.
