AccessTokenClient causes the program to hang indefinitely

I've noticed that AccessTokenClient does not set a timeout for its requests. I would like to have an environment variable to configure the timeout parameter for the underlying requests calls.

@hJinRong Hi and thanks for raising this. The library was just updated to version 2.0.3 and is now using a default timeout of 5 seconds. Does this solve the problem?
