Reupload functionality

Related to #243, it may be useful to allow to re-upload a master of a specific foto if that one has improved EXIF data.

How I imagine it to work:

• Click "Edit".
• Next to "Refresh from EXIF" another buttom would be that would say "Replace original file"
• It would behave like EXIF refresh but it will also replace the image. This means that the title, tags and all other manually filled (empty) data would be retained like now.

I've considered adding this many times, think it's a really good idea.

My initial use case was for people who hadn't initially set NEXT_PUBLIC_PRESERVE_ORIGINAL_UPLOADS and wanted to go back and replace their initial uploads with high-quality photos without disturbing the meta they've set.

This sounds like kind of the opposite? Replace the backing file, but also replace the EXIF/meta at the same time?

Wonder if that could be a checkbox when replacing images:
