How to define a calculated property in a Row class

Why can’t I do this?

public class MyRow
{
     [DisplayName("Name"), MasterDetailRelation(foreignKey: "IdFK",  NotMapped]
     public List<OtherRow> LisOfOtherRow{ get; set; }

    [NotMapped]
    public decimal Total => LisOfOtherRow?.Sum(r => r.Amount) ?? 0;
}

If this is not possible, what would be the best approach?
At the moment, I’m assigning this value inside the ListHandler.

Tou can use expression attribute to calculate this value by sql query directly.

I know I could write all the logic directly in the Row, but since I also need to configure relations, select properties, and run more calculations, the expression would end up being too long and not very clean.

rows itselfs are not support calculated database fields in c# side. also to calculate them, you still need configure relations and select properties.
