feat: signing secret #131

Description
When I set up an app to use an HTTP based receiver rather then a socket mode one, the app requires a signing secret. The CLI does not seem to provide this environment variable, it would be nice if it did.
Current workaround is to use slack app settings get the signing secret and set it manually
