Update Autopsy community webpage to point to this repo

Currently https://www.autopsy.com/community/ points to https://wiki.sleuthkit.org/index.php?title=Autopsy_3rd_Party_Modules which points to this repo, but then has a lot of legacy material.

• Update https://www.autopsy.com/community/ so that the link to 3rd Party Modules links to https://github.com/sleuthkit/autopsy_addon_modules
• Update https://wiki.sleuthkit.org/index.php?title=Autopsy_3rd_Party_Modules and remove LEGACY MATERIAL and everything that follows.

• Add labels to this repo for Documentation and Website
