Resources for STACKIT Logs

I'm using the new STACKIT Logs service and would like to configure it with terraform.

Proposed solution

Add terraform resources (and data sources) for logs instance and logs access tokens.

thank you for reporting this issue. This api is currently alpha. We will provide an update when it becomes available in the SDK and Terraform.

the logs service is included in the terraform provider.
