Use Nested Tables to visualize data of Dynamic Matrixes and Panels in Tabulator

In the meantime, Dynamic Matrix and Panel responses cannot be properly visualized in a Tabulator. Perhaps, we may consider diplaying dynamic reponses in a nested table. Please refer to the corresponding Tabulator documentation and demo: Nested Tables.
