Allow modification of ready conditions

Feature request description

Is it possible to allow modification of the ready conditions for a given container (in this case the mosquitto container)?
We're using colima to run our docker images and there's a known issue around port forwarding delays (see documentation from the Node version here)
It would be good if we could modify the standard ready conditions to handle this semi-edge case where the default conditions could do with an extra watch.

Currently it can be achieved by custom implementation of Image, either on top of the existing one (delegation) or implementing your own.

Also, you can consider GenericImage - similarly to the example you provided from Node.

While the ability to extend ready conditions of containers seem more related to https://github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-rs rather than particular module.
I'm still not sure if this feature is really needed, because we already have pretty good flexibility here. But in most of the cases it's undesired to change ready-conditions
