Yes. Depending on the version of Audacity, it requires a different version of avformat bundled with FFmpeg. https://support.audacityteam.org/basics/installing-ffmpeg#other-ffmpeg-builds I do note the library versions that are bundled with 8.0 and 7.1.1 on the releases page. Hope that helps. |

I was installing ffmpeg to work with the new Audacity ARM beta (version 3.7.5). I tried to use your latest ffmpeg-arm 8.0 release, and Audacity wouldn't detect the libraries. I used Release 7.1.1 instead, and that worked perfectly. I'm not an expert, so it definitely could have been my error. The ARM version of Audacity is still in beta, so it could also be an issue with their software. Regardless, I wanted to let you know, just in case. I hope this is helpful.
