The trulens dashboard can't record. KeyError: 'app_name'

When i use trulens (Llama index), I encountered some problems. The dashboard can't display the score. I guess that this is because the recorder can't recording anything. But I don't know how to solve that.

Please recommend/ help me solve it. If you need any further information, please comments. Thank you.
