As an initial comment, looks fine actually
I would move part of the files to scripts, like the Application test results to reduce duplication in files. You can then use those scripts everywhere to do your stuff

In general with all things CI, I am fine as long as it looks fine in general, and works; it is an iterative process after all |

The following testing workflows (PR Triggered) have been added:
.github/workflows/app-elfloader-tests.yml: Runs tests for applications that useelfloader..github/workflows/lib-libelf-tests.yml: Runs tests for applications that utilizelibelf..github/workflows/lib-lwip-tests.yml: Runs tests for applications that depend onlwIP..github/workflows/lib-musl-tests.yml: Runs tests for all applications that uselib-musl..github/workflows/test-all.yml:periodic-tests.ymlhas been renamed to better reflect its role; its functionality now includes testing of changes made tounikraft/unikraft.
