Turbo stops watching files after a while

Summary

After a full PC reboot the watch works well, but after a while it stop working.

I dont really know how to make a reproductible repo out of it,

• I'm running ubuntu 24
• I have /proc/sys/fs/inotify/max_user_watches set to 524288

The turbo -vvv logs do not show anything which looks like a bug
