Cache miss in dependsOn task that goes full turbo when run by itself

Summary

We have caching enabled for our PrismaClient generation task, because generating it takes about 2.5 minutes with our schema.
Our typecheck task depends on the generate task, but whenever I first run pnpm generate and then instantly follow it up with pnpm typecheck, it doesn't reuse the cache from the initial generate command.

So, in short:

pnpm generate // Generates client (about 2.5 minutes)
pnpm generate // Hits cache > FULL TURBO
pnpm typecheck // dependsOn generate > Generates client again
