Expected behaviour

When the application opens that there is content inside the window

Actual behaviour

when the program opens the title bar is present and the outline is there. what ever was behind the window is what is showing in the window.

Steps to reproduce

1. run mpc-qt from anywhere console/file association/launcher and is behaves the same

Well since I thought it might be permissions I decided to do a sudo mpc-qt and it renders and plays videos.

This might need to be moved to a discussion. I really am not sure what permissions are needed. Is it a udev rule or user group I will keep looking but help would be appreciated.
