Version etcd-3.6.9_1 of the etcd package is missing the etcd binary: only etcdctl is included:

$ xbps-query -f etcd
/etc/sv/etcd/conf
/etc/sv/etcd/log/run
/etc/sv/etcd/run
/usr/bin/etcdctl
/etc/sv/etcd/log/supervise -> /run/runit/supervise.etcd-log
/etc/sv/etcd/supervise -> /run/runit/supervise.etcd

This seems to be an issue on x86_64 and arm64 at least

Expected behaviour

Have etcd package ship the etcd binary

Actual behaviour

etcd binary is missing

Steps to reproduce

1. Upgrade to etcd-3.6.9_1
2. Wonder why etcd is not running after restart$
3. Discover the missing binary.
