[Feature Request] Add 24 Hour time support to VCalendar

Problem to solve

Sometimes it is beneficial to view a day view of a calendar in 24 hour format versus AM/PM. This could be a useful option to have in VCalendar.

Add a prop for time-format that displays a 12 or 24 hour clock.

Following up on this. I was able to customize the library a bit to support 24 hour on the events via the event slot. But there's no slot of the intervals on the left. If you can make that interval label a slot then this would be easily doable.
