WG Meeting Times

Currently, our weekly meeting lands on Thursdays at 9AM Eastern, 6AM Pacific, 11PM JST, and 3PM CET. This time is challenging for some, and with task force meetings being later, even more of a problem. In the past we've done things like having a rotating meeting where we meeting in the evening NA time, to better accommodate Japan and the west coast.

Some options might be to make use of other days of the week for the TF calls or main call, and alternate times for the main call as well. This could look like:

• Tuesdays 8AM, 9AM Eastern / 7-9PM Eastern
• Wednesdays 8AM, 9AM Eastern / 7-9PM Eastern
• Thursdays 8AM, 9AM Eastern / 7-9PM Eastern

This will be challenging for anyone on the west coast being a 5AM meeting. I usually get up around this time myself but may be late to some of the meetings.

I would not make 8:00 a.m. Eastern meetings.

Ya, 8am isn't great for me, either, and I'm on eastern time - have to get my daughter up and moving for school.

I could do Tuesdays and Wednesdays at those times, but cannot on Thursdays.
