The "relationship to other specifications" section could probably use a review. In particular:
- we arguably don't need a relationship to CSS anymore now that we don't profile it and are phasing out our prefixed properties, for example.
- the MathML section is just an implementation detail since mathml only exists within html/svg (for our purposes) and content markup isn't supported in browsers anyway.
- it wouldn't hurt to add a relationship to ZIP since it underpins OCF and we place a number of restrictions on it.
