Details

Rspack produces empty split chunks (chunks that have no files or auxilliary files). This is a deviation from webpack and has been introduced in rspack 1.6.0

Reproduce Steps

1. Run pnpm run build
2. See rspack-dist/chunks-summary.txt and webpack-dist/chunks-summary.txt

Those empty chunks are also exposed in dependencies of other chunks.
