内存占用过高，还有优化空间

没有任务在执行，后台常驻内存达到500MB+， Docker查看内存更是到700MB+
这三个进程肯定有混子，不需要全部常驻后台， 比如/ql/static/build/update.js
/ql/static/build/update.js
/ql/static/build/public.js
/ql/static/build/schedule/index.js
