Update Status Light Reference for CTRE devices (#3114)

* Update Status Light Reference for CTRE devices

- Update Talon SRX/Victor SPX/Talon FX status light patterns
- Add link to official CTRE Phoenix 6 documentation for latest information
- Simplify and modernize status LED table
- Remove outdated calibration mode section

Fixes #2659

* Separate Talon SRX/Victor SPX (Phoenix 5) from Talon FX (Phoenix 6) documentatio

* Fix duplicate section headers by adding device-specific prefixes
