[OGUI-1628] Remove usage of individual gRPC streams with ECS and base calibraiton page on kafka

• branch and/or PR name(s) includes JIRA ID
• issue has "Fix version" assigned
• issue "Status" is set to "In review"
• PR labels are selected
• FLP integration tests were ran successful

PR which:

• removes the deprecated environment auto via gRPC streams on ECS
• use async methods from ECS to deploy and follow via Kafka updates
• the backend currently uses two caches one for Calibration Page and one general for Environments. This will be improved in future PRs once migration is stable
