Route new signups to trending

Summary

• Route default web signup completion from /feed to /trending
• Keep explicit non-feed completion routes intact
• Update the already-complete signup guard to redirect to /trending

Testing

• git diff --check HEAD~1..HEAD
• npm run typecheck --workspace @audius/web could not run because Node/npm are unavailable on PATH in this environment
