What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

This guide walks users through connecting Snowflake to Datadog Experiments for warehouse-native experimentation.

The audience is Data Warehouse Administrators. These readers are familiar with basic Snowflake concepts like user provisioning, database and schema management, and authentication.

This is a great point to link directly to the tab.
In this case, I opted to describe the steps to that page (see image) since the product's UI is still stabilizing.

A deep link (directly to the tab) may break if there is any change to UI's URL path.
But, the Settings > Experiments > Warehouse Connections path seems more stable.

Oh I see. I think it's more likely that the nav bar will change than the URL. I'm fine keeping this as is and then revisiting if/when the nav changes
