In step 2f, "protoc --python_out=" part, ".\object_detection\protos\center_net.proto" is missing. I got an error like that: center_net.proto.pb2 can not found. The problem was fixed when I added this code.

I got an error like that: center_net.proto.pb2 can not found.
The problem was fixed when I added this code: ".\object_detection\protos\center_net.proto"
I thought this might help.
