This commit introduces a new juridical dashboard to the project. The new dashboard is located in `dashboards/v4_juridical` and provides a visualization of legal data using a sunburst chart. It includes filters for case type, practice area, and service, as well as a range slider for legal fees. The main `README.md` file has been updated to include instructions on how to run the new dashboard.
