Default failOnDuplicateEntries to true

[Copilot]

failOnDuplicateEntries previously defaulted to false, meaning duplicate JAR entries were silently allowed. This changes the default to true so duplicate entries cause a build failure by default, catching issues proactively.

Changes

• ShadowJar.kt: Default failOnDuplicateEntries changed from false → true; KDoc updated accordingly
• ShadowPropertiesTest.kt: Updated default-value assertion to isTrue()
• docs/configuration/merging/README.md: Updated to reflect the feature is now on by default; examples now show how to opt out:
