init_W: limit "not positive definite" warning with maxlog=1#27

The singular-system fallback (keep existing components at α=1) is a valid result, so the warning is purely informational. Callers that invoke init_W repeatedly otherwise flood the output with identical messages; maxlog=1 collapses it to a single heads-up that the fallback path was exercised.
