The repo mentions .NET Aspire even though it's been rebranded to Aspire instead.

https://microsoft.github.io/aspire-brand/#guidance

Do not call the product ".NET Aspire" in consumer-facing brand or marketing content.

This PR renames everything to Aspire, with hyperlinks keeping existing links/bookmarks alive.

Pull request overview

This PR updates the Data API builder docs to align with Microsoft branding guidance by renaming consumer-facing references from “.NET Aspire” to “Aspire”, while preserving existing deep links via redirection.

Changes:

  • Renamed “.NET Aspire” to “Aspire” across MCP quickstarts, navigation (TOC/landing pages), feature tables, and related documentation references.
  • Updated the MCP Aspire quickstart to use the new quickstart-aspire media asset paths (diagram + dashboard screenshots).
  • Added a redirection rule so requests to the previous quickstart-dotnet-aspire.md path continue to resolve to the Aspire quickstart.

@v-regandowner @JerryNixon @seesharprun I have resolved the merge conflicts. Can this get a PR review?

When this is merged, I can create a PR to update the ASpire samples to latest versions
