If modules change then user badges become out of date. This PR introduces a modules versioning system that allows the creation of new badges if modules get split or modified. Badges already acquired are left untouched.
Also includes refactoring of db, challenges and test updates.
The refactoring permitted the removal of 3 dependencies.
